Basecamp is a web based Project Management App which helps to keep project information altogether in one accessible place on a "cloud".

Thanks to Basecamp, our Team and our clients can see whats going on with their project "real-time" whilst they are on the move by downloading the "App" to their smart phone.

No more, trawling through emails trying to remember when you wrote a particular email - On Basecamp, you can track all the discussions so that everybody at Fiska, including the clients, can sing from the same "Hymn book".

Fiska has tested Basecamp for the last year on all its projects and our clients agree that it has been extremely helpful.

One of the major benefits of using Basecamp is that it has reduced the amount of site meeting that take place as every item is open for discussion. So no more waiting for the next meeting to find out if a task is resolved because by using Basecamp you will actually see the progress and allows for amendments to happen on a "rolling basis". We have found that this has provided our clients with a much more harmonious resolution of ambiguous tasks.

The best thing about Fiska using Basecamp as a project management tool is that our clients don't pay a penny for using the service as Fiska is using it internally, as a standard basis to stay in touch with our crew.

Clients can upload pictures and documents and share their idea's. As a Team we are able to schedule task much more easily by sharing the Appointment Calendar which clients can view.

Each message or upload is automatically sent to our each mailbox connected to the project so that every individual has a backup of every message.
